Euro 2012

2012 is a big year for English sport. After these European Championships, London hosts the Olympic Games. The Euros provide a nice warm up for many of the faces and voices that will be deployed in July and August across the capital. After England’s no-show at Euro 2008, this time there were no such mistakes. The Championships are a whole lot more interesting personally when there are home nations to get behind. With the Republic of Ireland also in attendance, there’s even more reason to be excited.
